Vineyard weddings,
bottled
The Hunter Valley is one of our most-booked destination regions — our bar is designed to set up cleanly in cellar doors, marquees and vineyard function rooms alike.
On The Ground
Built around Hunter Valley
Hunter Valley weddings are usually destination events with guests staying overnight, which changes the brief: couples often want the perfume bar running during cocktail hour so travelling guests have something memorable to do before the reception proper begins, rather than only as an after-dinner activity.
We're used to the region's mix of venues — cellar door function rooms with limited power circuits, open-sided marquees exposed to wind, and heritage homestead verandahs — and style the bar setup differently for each so it looks intentional rather than improvised.

Hunter Valley FAQs
Yes — for destination weddings we often recommend cocktail hour, since it gives travelling guests something engaging to do as everyone arrives, and keeps the reception itself free to run to schedule.
As early as possible for peak season (March–May and September–November) — the Hunter Valley is one of our most-booked regions and popular Saturdays fill a year or more ahead.
